Who we are (Data Fiduciary)

What we collect
- Contact details you submit — name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, and any message you send via our enquiry form or chat.
- Analytics data — if you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized usage (pages viewed, device type). Analytics load only after you accept cookies.
We do not collect or store your KYC documents on this website. KYC and transactions are handled by our SEBI-compliant execution partner and the relevant KRA/AMC.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and help you invest in mutual funds.
- To provide ongoing support and portfolio guidance if you become a client.
- To improve this website (only with your analytics consent).
Consent
We collect your contact details only with your clear, affirmative consent (an unticked checkbox on our form). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal.

We share your data only as needed to serve you — for example, with our execution partner (Investwell) and the relevant AMC/RTA when you choose to invest, or with our form/analytics providers (Web3Forms, Google Analytics) which process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep your enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
